Orillia Travel Bass Lake Provincial Park

We had a great time spending a couple nights at Bass Lake. We enjoyed exploring downtown Orillia as well as the neighboring provincial parks, Mara and McRae Point. I will say just driving though it seems as though Bass lake is the better of the three. Campground: Campgrounds were average offering mid to low privacy.

McRae Point Provincial Park is nearby, located less than 25 km away if you find Bass Lake Provincial Park full and would still like to camp in the Orillia area. There are no lifeguards at Ontario Parks beaches. IMO: I liked Bass Lake Provincial Park. It is a nice weekend destination or a road trip stop.
